ORDER FLOW 

By educating you on our process this will help you and us flow through the custom t-shirt ordering process with success! This way you’ll know what to expect and there will be no surprises along the way!

1) Garment

While filling out the Start an Order form you can specify what you have in mind for your garment. We have access to many different styles of t-shirts, long sleeves, hoodies, tanks, polos etc.

2) Artwork

If you have artwork already great! You are ready to Start an Order! Skip down to “Proof” section to see what to expect.  

No artwork? No problem!

You have a couple options to get started.

  1. Free Design Studio:

    Utilize our 24/7 design studio and choose from thousands of templates and clipart! Play with garment colors and design colors to get a feel for what you may want. This is the perfect tool for you to point us in the right direction! Once you share what you have created we can make the final touches on your artwork!

  2. Art Team:

    We work closely over sixty artists! Once you tell us what you need we will get a team of three people working on your artwork. One art director, one artist to create the artwork, and one person to micro-manage your artwork with quality control! To have us create your artwork we require a non-refundable $40 art deposit. Although, if you choose to print with us we will credit the $40 dollars to your invoice!

3) Proof

Once we have artwork we will email you a digital proof for you to review. The proof will show artwork size/placement, garment style/color along with ink colors. We will suggest changes and help you create a successful design and garment combo!

4) Ordering

Once the digital proof is APPROVED we will wait for sizes. Once we receive sizes we will send out an invoice. We require a 50% deposit to be paid before the order goes into production.

 5) Production

After we receive your 50% deposit, garments are ordered, screens are made, inks are pulled, and the job is printed! Success!

Bringing your design to life on garments that will be worn by you and others is special to us and we respect and treat the entire printing process in a special way.

6) Quality Control & Finishing

At Success Print Shop all orders under 200 pieces are individually folded, bagged, and size tagged. This makes organizing and passing out to group members a breeze! This also gives us the opportunity to look over each garment for one last quality control check to ensure your order was a success!

7) Shipping:

Once your entire order is bagged and size tagged we will ship out via USPS. All orders over 12 pieces will ship free.

Reordering:

Once everyone sees your new custom gear they may want in on the action! We see this time after time. We are happy to reprint a new order for you! Although since the main factor in pricing is quantity your price may go up or down depending on how many you need to reorder.
